Yves François is a farmer in the Isère, an elected official of the Rhône-Alpes Chamber of Agriculture, and a member of the French Agronomy Association. Here is an interview with this ardent defender of agroecology.
According to him, it is necessary to have a global vision and collective practice of agriculture, to reconnect with the environment, and to contribute to the social and economic development of rural areas. These are the fundamental elements that can give back a sense of meaning to the profession of agriculture. With that, he reminds us that agriculture is the foundation of our society.
