We are following up on an article from our friends at La Ruche Qui Dit Oui!, titled ‘Le Recho, a food truck helping to provide a bit of bread and butter for refugees’, that talks about an association working in the migrant camp of the Grande-Synthe commune. But this organization, Le Recho (REfuge.CHaleur.Optimisme), is active not only in programs dealing with dire consequences.
We met with Élodie Hué this summer at the #Ensembles Festival, where she shared the stage with chef Michel Troisgros for an auction of preserves that we wrote earlier about here.
For those of you who are still not familiar with the activities supported by Le Recho, Élodie provided us with a summary of past programs and projects to come. (Video in French)
